Day 4: Freshwater West to Angle, 13 miles

Walked along the road to begin with till we got to Fresh Water West. From there the coastal path along the cliffs had lots of steep ups and downs. Because of the cold we could not stop for many breaks and had a quick lunch. Mist started to close around us in the afternoon. We could hear the fog horn on Saint Anne's Head. After Sheep Island the wind became really cold. We were looking forward to a cup of tea at the café but it was closed. Got to West Angle at 3:00pm and decided to do another hours walk as the mist was lifting. Went round Angle peninsular to finish by the church in Angle village. Today's distance was 13 miles! No wonder we're feeling tired!!

You are certainly cracking on! Hope it doesn't get too cold for you. I am worried about it being a bit too hot in Thailand! Will be thinking of you.
Lots of love

Hello Liz,
Wow, what a challenge. You were always mad! After all you have been through. Fantastic and being in your most favourite place. Lots of happy memories. We are hoping to get down to Pembrokeshire over Easter Monday week. So will be checking to see where you are and hope to catch up with you if we can keep up!!!
Lots of love to you

P.S John says the beans idea still sounds interesting!
